Our staff deals with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental plans. While we look forward to assisting you, please remember that insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company, not our office. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time consuming. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
Assignment of Benefits:
- Our office does not accept assignment of benefits. However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claim on your behalf.
- Preauthorization: Upon a patient's request, we will file a predetermination with your insurance carrier.
How do I pay for the services you provide?
All financial obligations are scheduled prior to treatment commencing. We do have several payment options for our patients depending on their individual needs. If you do have dental insurance, our practice does not accept assignment of benefits. In other words, payment must still be scheduled. However, as a courtesy to all of our patients, we will file your insurance claim on your behalf. As a reminder, your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, not our office.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and major credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you have any questions, please contact our Financial Coordinator or our Treatment Coordinator at (575) 522-2477 today.
